The 20th Annual General Meeting of all SCOT Members will take place Sunday, August 22, 2021 at Casa Carbone in Raleigh. The night’s filled with fellowship, games, prizes, a dinner (a choice of 3 entree choices) and carrying out SCOT’s annual official business. This event is for members age 18 and over.
The following menu options will be available. Meals include salad, freshly made bread, and nonalcoholic drinks.
- Chicken Parmesan (Pollo Parmigiana) Tender, boneless chicken breasts topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Baked Ziti (Ziti Al Forno) Ziti mixed with ricotta, mozzarella cheese, and tomato sauce. Baked and topped with cheese and marinara sauce.
- Lasagna Layers of pasta, cheese, and beef, topped with tomato sauce and cheese.

Time: 5:30PM-8:00PM
